Kravis & Wurgaft was initially founded by Andrew Kravis in 2013 with the goal of providing progressive, client based legal representation to clients of all sizes. Andrew Kravis and Matt Wurgaft met while clerking for Superior Court judges in Essex County, New Jersey. During their time there, they gained an appreciation and respect for the law. After reconnecting in 2014, they decided to join forces and focus their efforts on serving the citizens of New Jersey, New York and and most recently, Michigan.

Andrew’s law practice focuses on corporate, real estate, non-profit, litigation and intellectual property law.

Matt Wurgaft is an attorney licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is the COO of Kravis & Wurgaft, P.C., a full service boutique law firm, which he joined as a shareholder in 2015. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and received a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Matt’s law practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, civil litigation, estate litigation and intellectual property law.
